I remember being lost beyond believe during my first prep, so I have compiled some posts on food prep, packing for the show, mindset and other ridiculousness for your reading pleasure.

Its a bit crazy out there in Figure Prep land! Whatever you do, ALWAYS have your shoes and suit with you, never know when you will find a spare hour to practice posing. 😉
