Having strong, functional legs is important.
When I remember my legs get me to point A to point B, C, D,well you get the picture, I find myself happily training my legs. I don’t know about you, but I use my legs for almost everything and am really grateful to have two that allow me to run like a rhino, make climbing stairs easy to do, and going from standing and sitting something I don’t really have to think about.
- Speaking of running like a rhinoceros, how was the running last week?
There are more kinds of squats out there than I know what to do with. Front, Bulgarian, Wall, Split, Jump, Goblet…and those are the ones that I can come up with while halfway through a cup of coffee.
This week, I created a workout that you could do in the gym, at home, on the beach, or in the snow.
Eight legs a squatting.
**Warm up well. Jog for at least 5 minutes and do some dynamic stretching – high knees, butt kicks, and crossovers as you run.***

**Rest one minute between sets**
For the walking lunges, grab dumbbells (or whatever you have at home) and get progressively heavier as the rep count decreases.

Yup, they are both VERY adorable!
I dont know weather to slap you or thank you….I think I will thank you lol!! Did this last nite and my butt is sore already eeeeek im not gunna be able to walk tomorrow 😀 really enjoyed the challenge havn’t had a bad ass leg workout like that in aaaaaages, thought i may hav needed a bucket there at one stage, 60 explosive squats are HARD OUT – THANK YOU DL x
