I love cheese and I am not ashamed to admit it.
Pecorino, mozzarella, swiss, gueryere, havarti….the list goes on and on and on!
For years I only ate the run of the mill orange cheddar cheese.
It tastes great if this is the only cheese you’ve ever tried.
Then one day I sampled some 6 year old aged cheddar. One taste I could never go back to the rubbery, tasteless, orange cheddar cheese.
I was wrecked in a fabulous way.
Who knew 6 years could make such a difference?
Turns out 6 years doesn’t make it worse, rather time and age creates something absolutely amazing.
This is also true in the realm of bodybuilding. The more years you train, eat clean,lift heavy, discipline your mind, and compete the better you get.
Bodybuilding is the antithesis of the 100 meter dash. Progress, impact, poignancy, and success is measured in years, not a few months.
Don’t give up before you get to taste the 6 year old cheddar, it will change your life!
