Every single morning I am rather sad at 9:15…extremely sad.
What happens every single morning at 9:15, you ask?
My post workout meal is finished.
Although from 9:08 – 9:14 in the morning I am possibly the happiest woman on the planet as I blissfully consume my meal faster than you can run HIIT sprints on the treadmill.
And yes…I will literally lick the container of my post workout meal while sitting in the change room.
Shameless hunger.

oooh, what is your post workout meal ?????
That day it was diced apples, cocoa, cinnamon, and cashew butter all mixed together. I eat weird things, but they are oh so tasty to me. 🙂 1 apple, 1 tbsp pure cocoa, heavy dash of cinnamon, and 2 tbsp of nut butter.
