When you are training for a figure competition, it is encouraged that you start two-timing. Yes, you heard me correctly. You are encouraged to go to the gym in the morning AND the evening.
This morning I did 1.5 hours of weights and then ran sprints on the treadmill for 20 minutes.
Then, in the spirit of two-timing, I went and played Ultimate Frisbee in the rain with our team, Disc in a Box.
If you’re going to two-time, this is the way to go!
