Kettlebells for Fitmas!
Everyone has a favorite style of training. I personally hate functional training, but there is something about kettlebell training that I love. It leans towards the functional style of training but you are still moving weight and burning those pesky calories that make your pants tight.
Kettlebell training is a ton of fun and this week we are going to have three times the fun. I also get to give away an amazing, I mean uh-MAY-zing, prize from Sport Chek.

Why train with kettlebells?
By their nature, typical kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength. The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk, engage the entire body at once, and in a way that mimics real world activities.
