Every leader finds it hard to lead different people at different times.

Without a doubt, I can tell you who the hardest person on your team is to lead.

Just grab a mirror and take a look. Yes, it’s you.

“But you don’t know how set in his ways and stubborn my VP of Operations is! He is the hardest person on the team to lead!”

I don’t doubt that he’s a handful, but you’re an even bigger handful.

Is your team unwilling to change?

–> How agile are you?

Is your team stubborn and combative?

–>How open are you to new ideas?

Is your team late to meetings and flexible with deadlines?

–>How prompt are you with deadlines and schedules?

Everyone is following your lead, whether is seems like it or not.

Challenge: Take charge of your personal disciplines, attitudes, and communication and take note of what shifts in your team.
