Excellent stuff Donloree! Something that we all know,yet so frequently need to remind ourselves of. I love the fact too, that while people can and do pay for the perfect body, you can not purchase confidence. Gaining confidence in who you were created to be, just the way you are, comes from hanging out with the Guy who made you like that =) Such an easy solution and yet for many, too big a price.

If you don’t pay for something a proper price you don’t value it. So it would have to be very very expensive or you’d just end up in the same place you’re in now 10 years down the road. I think the hard work is just as important for your charecter as the weight loss is for your health and vanity. Of course I’m not one to talk I had McNuggets for dinner.
